The Story Behind My Business:
This beautiful lady in red is the reason behind me joining the beauty industry. She is probably the nicest woman I know, and I couldn't help but want to be part of her life in a personal and professional way. She is like a mother to me, and as my recruiter to the beauty world, she also takes the position of mothering me and the progress of my business. Her name is Alicia, and she is what's called a Team Manager. That means she has many recruits on her "team" who are independent beauty consultants (business owners of their own). I am so lucky to be part of Alicia's team.....we have a blast together!

Then there's Marty! She is my director. She recruited Alicia along with many many others, and now she has several successful directors under her. Marty has been with our company for over 35 years now, and it's great to be part of her thriving group.

This is what I call the "any-way-you-want-it" business! What I mean is that if a consultant sets goals for her business, her team is there to help her reach those goals, especially her own recruiter and director. On the other hand, if someone joins our industry to run her business as a hobby and wants to keep it at that level, everyone is very supportive of that and very proud of her and her business! You can move at your own pace, and excel or cut back at any time. It's all up to you......you're your own boss! It's a win-win situation!
